By accessing or using OPSP you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. OPSPmay update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. OPSP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse OPSP, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow OPSP's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
OPSP retains all rights to OPSP's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant OPSP a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
OPSP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.OPSP disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSP's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or OPSP is limited to the amount you paid OPSP in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. OPSP may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
